Doodling Pups, LLC, based in Yavapai County, Arizona, offers Bernedoodle, Goldendoodle, and Poodle puppies for sale. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services. By purchasing a puppy from Doodling Pups, LLC, you confirm your capacity to care for the animal responsibly.

3. Purchasing a Puppy

a. Deposit and Payment

To reserve a puppy, a non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment must be made before the puppy is released. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and others as listed on our website.

b. Pricing

Prices for all puppies may vary based on factors such as size, coat, and lineage. Pricing is subject to change without notice, and additional charges such as taxes and delivery fees may apply.

c. Health Guarantee

All puppies come with a health guarantee and have been examined by a licensed veterinarian. We offer a one-year limited health guarantee for genetic defects. This does not cover injuries or health problems arising from improper care.

4. Puppy Care Obligations

As a buyer, you agree to provide adequate care for the puppy, including nutrition, grooming, veterinary care, and training. Failure to provide responsible care may result in the forfeiture of the health guarantee.

5. Returns and Refunds

a. Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits are non-refundable once the litter is born, prior to litter being born 1/2 of the deposit amount is refundable. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase, the deposit can be used on a future litter. Deposits after litter births will not be refunded/returned, as it covers administrative and holding costs.

b. Return Policy

While we do not offer refunds once the puppy is taken home, we can assist with rehoming if you're unable to care for the puppy. Any return or rehoming fees will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Shipping and Delivery

If picking up your puppy is not an option, we can arrange delivery within the United States. Delivery fees will apply based on your location. While we ensure the safe delivery of your puppy, we are not responsible for delays or complications during transit.

7. Website Use

a. Intellectual Property

All content on the Doodling Pups, LLC website, including images, text, and design, is the property of Doodling Pups, LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.

b. User Conduct
